Haunted House

One of the benefits about receiving boxes and boxes of merchandise is the oversized boxes that make great "houses" for JP to play in. Today he got creative and decided to make a "Haunted House" with some of his halloween stickers from last year. Check him out.... *gasp* He was being crafty! :-)

Glueing on some eyeballs:

Making some happy pumpkin faces... Remember, this is NOT a scary haunted house.
Posing with the finished product:
Up close so you can see some of those happy pumpkins. And his name... see the dots? LOL
Just being cute:
He enjoyed his little project... He probably worked on it for at least 30 minutes! We were going through some of my halloween merchandise and he picked out this cute ghost garland to hang over the door to his room. After I hung it up we were walking down the stairs and he said, "Mommy, you are my BEST! buddy." Awwwww.....

Cute on so many levels! What a creative mind! Just think of the box car races you can have too! I love that he helped you today with those!! So cute. And too precious about the best buddy. Makes my heart melt. You have one awesome kid Heather!

Wow, Heat - he really got into it! LOVE that the jack-o-lanterns are smiling and not scary. And he's doing so great with writing his name! Good to know JP realizes how lucky he is.

Aunt What will be so proud! What a great idea to maybe ease into Halloween. And to have JP call you his Buddy is great! Gramzy

Yea! My forced art projects are wearing off on him. Good use of stickers and googly eyes.
